Accountancy Partners was founded by Juan and Lundi. We met while completing our accounting training in 2002 with one of the Big 4 firms in South Africa. Since then we have travelled the world and run many marathons, half marathons and trail runs together. We have worked in various audit and accounting roles in the Cayman Islands, London and Sydney before settling in Perth. We also speak Afrikaans.

To be a good fit for your business we require that you:

  • Provide us with any supporting documents we request in a timely manner

  • Respond to our queries in a timely manner

  • Approve documents we send out in a timely manner

  • Keep your records tidy by using your business bank accounts for business transactions only

To provide you with accurate books and tax returns we will assist you with the following as part of the onboarding process:

  • Xero subscription with active bank feeds for all business bank accounts

  • Conversion to Xero from other accounting software

  • Xero Payroll for all payroll processing

  • Xero Auto Super Payments if your plan allows for this service

  • Upload all business expense invoices to Hubdoc (free app part of Xero)

Our pricing plans are based on an annual subscription model with transparent pricing that scales as your business growths. We will review your annual plan throughout the year as your business growths. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
